Gray is in his second year as Executive Director for the Greater Hartford Jaycees.  Gray has over 30 years of experience in providing executive leadership to non-profit, community service organizations before coming to the Greater Hartford Jaycees.  Gray staffs the Greater Hartford Jaycees offices and provides executive support to the GHJC Chapter Board of Directors, the GHJC Foundation Board, and the GHJC Tournament Executive Committee.  He is primarily responsible for helping the Chapter and Foundation organizations grow its membership, conduct fundraising events, implement Long Range Planning, public relations, and manages the office administrative work necessary to support the Boards, and its committees, throughout the year.

Gray has been active in the community with the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Guiding Eyes, and United Way.
