David graduated from Boston University School of Law, and is an attorney at the Hartford-based law firm of Pepe & Hazard LLP, in its Commercial Litigation Group. He has experience in both state and federal courts litigating complex contract disputes and business torts, including misrepresentation claims, breach-of-fiduciary-duty claims, and copyright- and trademark-infringement claims. He also has experience with the defense of construction- and industrial-accident cases.

David is admitted to practice in Connecticut state courts; the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to the Jaycees, David is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Hartford County Bar Association, where he serves as Co-Chairman of the Young Lawyers Committee.
