Who do you think sets this thing up? The Greater Hartford Jaycees! Every year we hold workparties to get the course ready for the tournament. This includes painting fences, hanging privacy screening, moving golf carts, arranging flowers, cleaning tables & chairs, setting up corporate row & skybox tents, putting up white picket fences, etc. Work Parties are held on weekend & weeknights 2 weeks before tournament. We provide beverages & food, you provide the labor. In return, you gain points. Points are accrued to become eligible for the 19th Hole Party.

What are points? Points are earned during the tournament and work parties. For each hour you contribute, you earn a percentage of a POINT. For example if you work from 8am - noon you receive .5 POINTS. 8am - 5pm earns 1 full POINT, 10:30am - 4pm earns .75 POINTS. There are 3 POINTS categories, PRE, TOURNAMENT WEEK and POST and you must earn at least 3 PRE, 4 TOURNAMENT, 2 POST. For more details see the eligibility requirements listed below the schedule. You must be a paid Jaycee or Jaycee Alumni, and have accrued at least 9½ points satisfying each area requirements:

3 Pre-Tournament Work Party Points
4 Tournament Points
2 Post-Tournament Work Party Points

Additional Points Available:
· Join a committee get ½ point maximum on Tournament week points only
· Work at JR GOLF earn ½ point maximum used on Tournament week points only

All ticket levels require additional points above bare minimum
You can choose which days are best for your schedule

For Example: the 9 ½ Point level has the bare minimum Plus ½ Additional
