Management Development Project Highlights

This area is where our Members take what they have learned and put it into practice. Throughout the year our members volunteer to do everything from helping new members get orientated to the organization to serving as leaders on our Board of directors and promoting our Chapter internally and externally.

Public Relations
This committee works hard all year round to ensure we market and promote our Chapter to the community at large. This involves writing and distributing Press Releases and working with the Media to attending Expos and Fairs.

       World Congress
Thousands of Jaycees from all over the globe gather to learn and meet new people at the annual Junior Chamber International (JCI) World Congress held in a different country each year. Jaycees visit places like Cannes, France, Barcelona Spain, and Turkey to attend classes taught by distinguished instructors that offer new ideas on internationally shared Jaycee values.

        International Dinners
This project held several times a year introduces members to different cultures. By sharing a cultural meal and listening to a speaker on the International area of interest, Jaycees are educated and enriched which gives them a new appreciation for the food and culture from different areas around the world.

Membership Socials
Each month, the Membership committee organizes special Jaycee gatherings such as Happy Hours, Tubing, Dinner and Movie nights. and Wolf Pack games. This gives our Members an opportunity to socialize and introduce new young people to the organization.
